I was interested in it when started school at 4.5 approx if not before. Early starter as I was into politics at 5yrs old too. I have a genius level IQ & am Autistic, Also was elected at 22 (just before candidacy age went down to 18 like voting age). Its right to drop it to 16. Personally I'd drop it far lower.
